Terms and Conditions / Policies QUANTITIES ORDERED Glassware is rented by the Dozen China and Cutlery are rented by the dozen. DELIVERY AND PICK UP SERVICE Any minimum rental order over $100.00 can be delivered and picked up by our staff for a reasonable fee. Any delivery and pick up service is main floor, to your door, any handling (elevator, stairs etc.) will incur extra charges. Table and chairs can be set up for a small fee but must be arranged in advance through our office. RENTING PROCEDURES All charges are based on "time out" whether used or not. Items are ready to use with dishes and cutlery pre-wrapped in cellophane and glasses packed in boxes. Upon return (or pickup) dishes must be returned food free (rinsing recommended). Glasses need to be emptied, stored upright and packed in their proper boxes. All equipment must be stored protected from the bad weather and ready for pick up. Rinse your dishes and cutlery before you return them to Signature Party Services. There may be a cleaning fee applied to rental items with dried food that is difficult to get off and requires additional labour and dishwashing time. Orders not meeting these requirements are subject to service charges. POLICIES 50% Non-Refundable deposit is required on tent bookings. A credit card is required to reserve your order. Total payment, including any loss, breakage or extra charges will be charged to your credit card unless other payment arrangements are made. Once the order is placed we have reserved the rental items for you. You are able to make changes to your order, (excluding linen and specialty items) up to 3 days prior to the date you are to receive the rentals. You will be charged the full amount if you cancel all or part of the order. You are not able to change your order after this time, however , we can issue a new order for any additions you may have. Tent Rental Terms and Conditions are included with the rental Contracts.
Pickup Policy To serve you better please read the following instructions: 1) Please have all rental equipment folded, stacked, crated, and ready for pickup. All Rental items must be kept covered and protected from the rain/weather. We do not dismantle or cleanup your party. Our labour rate is $65.00 per man/truck hour and $30.00 per man hour for additional staff if we have to take down and fold tables and chairs and hunt for our equipment, or move your furniture. We are not your cleanup staff. 2) Handle boxes with care, store cartons in a dry area. Please discard all saran wrap and save all dividers and protective separators. You will be charged for lost or damaged boxes. 3) You will be charged for any missing/damaged/wet/dirty items. All rentals are to be protected from the weather. 4) Dishes should be food free, and glasses liquid free before repacking in their proper containers. 5) Shake out napkins and tablecloths of loose crumbs and decorations – do not pack damp linens in plastic bags 6) If you have rented only a tent from us, please remove all non-rental items from under it and remove decorations and your own lighting after your party. We must charge an additional pickup fee if we have to come back later. Thank you for your co-operation.
